The efficient administration set up of our Polytechnic plays a dominant role in creating a viable academic environment in the campus. The administrative set up of our Polytechnic is simple and suitably supported by the staff for administrative matters like Admission, Examination, Accounts, Central Stores, all Academic and Non-academic matters, Staff Establishment matters and Student Scholarship & Welfare issues. Administration follows the Rules & Regulations and Norms & Guidelines issued by the Government of Karnataka, Directorate of Technical Education ( DTE ) and All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE ) from time to time.
Our mission is to ensure that the sound and effective control mechanisms to effectively discharge the responsibilities. We provide the pleasing environment and best services to all.
The vision of the department is to provide a comprehensive administration to staff, and students so that transformative efforts may be focused to where they will be the most effective and do the most good.
Wide range of books are housed in our library and well organized in book shelves.. It also provides lot of other sources of information for reading in its premises as well as borrowing for home. The collection of our library include books, manuscripts, magazines, periodicals, previous question papers etc.,
We have well equipped computer systems in the library to support digital media for information and knowledge.
Our Library is committed to provide quality collections. Our library has both traditional and digital resources, student-centered spaces to excellent service. The library is dedicated to the success of our students and staff with supportive environment.
The Polytechnic Library is engaged in learning and enhance the knowledge in the students and staffs community. We organize and provide access to and preserve materials to meet the needs of students and staffs. We also provide well-equipped and functional physical spaces.
